This is a little education just to help farmiliarise you with different styles of buildings.
A barn is an agricultural building used for storage and as a covered workplace. It may sometimes be used to house animals or to store farming vehicles and equipment. Barns are most commonly found on a farm or former farm, but more and more commonly found on any property in the country.
A garage is a building that is usually use for vehicle storage.
- A certain style can compliment or enhance the look of your property or estate better than other styles.
- You should consider what would give the greatest feel and visual appeal to your property, as well as functionality for several reasons.
- You should pick a style that looks like it belongs on the estate.
- Proper placement and style can greatly enhance the value of the property.
- Different styles have different functionality. (one story, two story, loft, open for livestock, etc.)
- Almost all styles can be used for anything. (agriculture, hobbie, shop, house, apartment, storage, etc.)

The Dutch Barn or simply, a gable style barn. This barn is basicly a rectangle with a pitched gable roof. Easily converted to just about any need. |  |
We call this style the California Traditional also known as an English Barn. There are many uses for this style. Stables, houses, vehicle and tractor storage, shop below with apartment above, shops and more. |  |
| The all American Icon style with the Gambrel roof is a favorite. This building usually has a second floor above but can come without one. This style is great for a narrow building pad. |  |
