• This building shown is the same as the Traditional.  The deck and stair configuration can be done in many different layouts.    These exterior stairs can be applied to any type of barn also.
• The standard materials of the Barn are typical of the others.
• The stair and deck  material is of either fire rated dimension or is approved fire rated material.
• Redwood is used for the decking unless an option is preferred.
• The railing is powder coated black on steel.

 Requirements - Owner must provide a level building site.   All painting is provided at an additional charge.   Exclusions - Grading, Building Department fees, all interior finish, electrical, plumbing, exterior cement, etc.   Other - Prices and materials subject to change without notice.
